This place is BUSY.....but not to busy that they have forgotten how to care for a customer. I was on vacation in the area, got a nail in my tire that was noticed as I dropped my family off at a local attraction. I had to wait just a bit to speak to a service advisor, but once I did, things really started to happen. As it turned out, my puncture was not repairable, but these guys jumped into action and pulled off my tire and put on my spare....all in about 25 min total OVER LUNCH! I then headed over to the Ford dealer, ordered my tire, and continued on my day. AWESOME SERVICE for a customer in a crisis. Greatly appreciated guys.
Outstanding service! I showed up without an appointment for a simple tire repair and asked if they would fit me in because I was traveling that day. They said after several dunk tests the tire in question was fine and had no leaks. The filled all the six tires evenly, and remounted one in question. And then didn't even charge me! Total time spent, about an hour. I almost hope to have tire trouble in the future so I can return. Just fantastic service.
